Hello
I have more than 30 years of experience guiding families through private school, boarding school, and college admissions pathways. As a nationally recognized leader in education, I specialize in empowering first-generation students and those who excel academically, athletically, or artistically. My mission is to help students graduate high school with a tuition-free associate’s degree, workforce credentials, and scholarships—saving families thousands of dollars while opening doors to top universities and competitive opportunities.
My Story
I am involved in many leadership roles including the following:
College Now MN - I oversee strategic direction, program development, and partnerships that enable students to earn college credits and credentials before high school graduation.
Moore Admissions Consulting - I provide personalized coaching in essay writing, application strategy, interview preparation, and scholarship planning.
Executive Committee Member with the Orange Bowl - I co-chair the Youth Sports Division and lead the Ambassador Program, engaging 500+ student leaders to support events for over 16,000 youth across South Florida. (Signature Orange Bowl Events: College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship 2026; Youth Football Alliance Cheer Championships; Sailing Regatta Series; High School Football & Basketball Showcases; FLYTAF Youth Track & Field Invitational
I have many student success highlights including guiding numerous students to complete an associate’s degree while in high school; securing full college funding through scholarships and grants such as the Posse Foundation, Bright Futures, and North Star Promise Grant; helping students gain admission to elite high schools (e.g., Phillips Andover Academy, IMG Academy); and supporting college matriculation to leading universities (e.g., Georgetown, USC, Michigan, Virginia, Howard, Morehouse).
Education & Professional Development
- MBA, American Intercontinental University
- Bachelor’s Degree, Bloomsburg University
- Nonprofit Executive Management Certificate, Florida State University
I was raised by parents devoted to education and community service. My mother served as an NAACP President and sat on citywide boards after graduating from an Ivy League University, and my father was a high school counselor and principal. Their example instilled a lifelong dedication to mentoring and youth empowerment.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy attending college football games, traveling, and spending quality time with my son and two daughters.
I believe that when students dream big and develop a clear plan, supported by the right guidance and resources, they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
